Milan Sipistoo offers both private and corporate clients the exclusive opportunity to rent or eventually purchase his artworks. The specific artwork or a complete collection can be attained through a flexible buy-lease or rental option. With this arrangement, you pay approximately 1-1.5% of the original purchase price monthly.
The benefit of this approach in case of rental, is that you can refresh the collections annually, ensuring the dynamic energy of your home or office space is maintained. If you sell the artwork you are renting, you will receive 10% of the profit from the sale.

LIVE PERFORMANCE & SPEAKING.
Milan Sipistoo has completed several notable live painting projects and offers a unique concept for your personal events or corporate occasions. During these live performances, Milan Sipistoo will create a piece of art in real-time, engaging with the audience while sharing his experience as a 21st-century artist.
The artwork can be a canvas painting or an item of your choosing. Additionally, you have the option to personalize the piece, with the first right of purchase granted to you once it is completed. Milan Sipistoo offers a unique opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the world of art with a personalized masterclass day at his studio on Damrak in Amsterdam. This exclusive experience is available for 1-3 people per session, forming a private group. During the masterclass, Milan Sipistoo will guide you through the life of an Amsterdam-based artist, allowing you to create your own artwork under his expert mentorship. You will be transformed into a true artist for the day!

BUY A GOLDEN SEAT.
The studio on Damrak in Amsterdam offers renowned or talented high-profile artists the opportunity to secure a few days as a guest resident. The purpose of this residency is to provide well-known artists from around the world the chance to create museum-quality artworks inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of Amsterdam. At the end of the residency, a duo live painting session takes place between the artists, with the aim of fostering artistic cross-pollination. The studio allows up to 10 guests to attend this exclusive event, enjoying fine wine and a select company.
With the Golden Seat, you have two options:
For €10.000.- you can sponsor a residency for an artist. In collaboration with you, we will invite a renowned artist for a couple of days. With your investment, you will receive 10 exclusive access tickets to the live painting event on Damrak. Additionally, you will receive an artwork created during the live painting session by the artists you have sponsored in residence on Damrak.
Alternatively, you can sponsor the art residency and purchase a single seat for €500, granting you access to the live performance at the end of the next art residency.
PROOF OF AUTHENTICITY.
In addition to the unique chip embedded in each painting by Milan Sipistoo, owning a certificate of authenticity provides the ultimate way to verify that your artwork is original and genuine. The code embedded in the painting and the codes on the certificate are securely stored in a separate database to minimize the risk of forgery or the influence of AI. The creation of a certificate of authenticity on paper, signed in original ink by Milan Sipistoo, costs €395.
